Shipping Policy

At Anadeekala, every saree is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery within India usually takes 3-7 business days.

  • International delivery may take 7-15 business days depending on the destination.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Return Policy

As our products are handcrafted and handblock printed, slight variations in color, print, and texture are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share photographs of the product and packaging.

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability and approval.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products.

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and received, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
