SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Anadeekala, every saree is thoughtfully crafted and carefully packed. Please review our shipping, return, exchange, refund, and cancellation policies before placing your order.
Shipping and delivery: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Within India: 3–7 business days.
- International orders: 7–15 business days, depending on the destination.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your shipment’s progress.
Handcrafted variations: Our sarees are handcrafted and handblock printed. Minor variations in colour, print, and texture are a natural part of the process and contribute to the individuality of each piece. These variations are not considered defects.
Returns: Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and its packaging so we can review your request.
Exchanges: Products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and the availability of the requested replacement.
Non-returnable items: The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance events.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
Refunds: Once your return has been approved and the returned product has been received, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided they have not been dispatched. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted once an order has been shipped.
